The Voteer platform provides powerful tools to manage participant registration for your general meetings, shareholder assemblies, or any formal event.
Activating Registration for an Assembly
- Enabled: Participants can register for the assembly. This feature simplifies organization and allows you to anticipate the number of attendees in advance.
- Disabled: No registration management is offered through the platform.
When registration is activated, the organizer can:
- Select the type of assembly (in-person, videoconference, or hybrid).
- Enter practical information (venue address or videoconference link).
- These details are automatically displayed in the voter application and can be integrated into participants’ calendars.
The status of registrations is available at any time and can be downloaded from the Voters menu in Backstage.

What the Voter Sees
When registration is active, voters see a clear and user-friendly screen with the title of the event (ex: Annual Vote) and the dates.
They are asked the following question:“How would you like to participate?”
The available options are:
- I participate in-person
- I participate in a videoconference (with a direct link to the meeting)
- I don't participate
- I don't know yet
After making their choice, voters can click on Confirm to validate their registration.
This simple and intuitive interface makes it very easy for participants to register quickly.
