How to View and Manage the Voter List
The Voter List is your central hub to manage and monitor all participants in your election.
Benefits of the Voter List: Get a clear real-time overview of all your voters with dynamic columns and summary cards.
Overview of the Voter List
The main view displays all voters in a clear table format.
Each row shows the following key information:
- Name
- Organization
- Voice (voting weight)
Additional columns appear automatically if the corresponding features are enabled for your election:
- Group
- Registration
- Proxy
- Attendance
At the top of the page, summary cards display important totals:
- Total voters + total voices
- Registrations
- Proxies
- Attendance
These cards automatically adapt and only show the information relevant to the options you have activated.

Key Features and Actions
From the Voter List, you can:
- Search for a voter by name, organization, or email
- Add a voter manually
- Import a full voter list via CSV
- Export the enriched voter list (including registrations, proxies, and attendance)
- Send emails or SMS to one or multiple voters
- Check-out all participants in one click (very useful at the end of a session before a new round)
- Click on any row to access the detailed voter profile
Understanding Connection Status
The small colored circle on the left of each voter’s name indicates their connection status (not whether they have voted):
- Black: Never connected
- Green: Successfully connected
- Orange: Connection started but not completed (often with double or triple authentication)
This real-time indicator helps organizers quickly see who is present and who needs assistance.
Important Tips
- The table is dynamic: columns appear or disappear automatically based on the features enabled for your election.
- Proxies, registrations, and attendance update in real time.
- The download button (top right) exports the exact table you are currently viewing.
- You can add or delete voters during a live ballot only if this option is enabled.
Organizers can edit voter information. Scrutators can only view the list.
You can modify a voter’s information only if they have not yet voted.
