How to View and Manage a Voter’s Profile

A single click on any voter in the Voter List opens their detailed profile. This centralized fiche gives you complete visibility and control over one voter.

Access the full voter profile in one click: view personal information, manage proxies, track attendance, connection logs, message history, and send instant emails or SMS.

Key Information Available

Voter Code : Unique identifier for the voter. You can modify it if needed. Security note - The code is visible to organizers (if the option is enabled). It is essential in case the voter loses access.

Personal Information Includes: First Name, Last Name, Organization, Email, Mobile, Voice (voting weight), Secret Answer, and custom fields. These fields can be edited as long as the voter has not yet voted.
Proxy View the current proxy and update it directly if necessary.
Registration & Attendance See the voter’s chosen registration method and attendance status. Organizers can correct or adjust these values when needed.

Quick Actions

Send Email → Opens the email editor pre-filled for this specific voter.
Send SMS → Direct shortcut to send a quick SMS to the voter.

Traceability Sections

Connection Journal : Detailed log of all connection attempts (timestamp, authentication method, IP address, device).You can export this log for auditing.
Message History: Complete list of all emails and SMS sent to the voter, with date, type, and delivery status (sent, delivered, opened, etc.).

Important Rules

Once a voter has cast their vote, their information can no longer be modified to guarantee the integrity of the election.
All changes made by organizers are logged for transparency.
