Why Targeted Communication Campaigns Matter

Target the right voters at the right time to maximize participation and improve your election results.

Voteer allows you to organize a real communication campaign instead of sending just one message. This is essential because many voters do not respond the first time. A well-planned campaign with several targeted reminders significantly increases your response rate.

We observe that if an email is not opened or processed within 72 hours, it is very unlikely to be processed later. That is why it is essential to set up reminders. For these reminders to be effective, you should only target a specific audience.

Best practice - Setting up a communication campaign (instead of a single message) allows you to maximize the participation rate. You can send reminders every 3 days and alternate between email and SMS. Thanks to precise audience targeting, you avoid disturbing voters who have already voted or already responded.

Available Audiences

The two most used audiences are:

  • All Voters — Send a message to everyone in your voter list at the same time (global broadcast)
  • Vote not completed — Voters who have not yet voted on at least one open question

Vote not completed – Details

Status Description

❌ Will NOT be sent to • Voters who have voted on all open votes
• Voters who have given a proxy (if enabled)
• Voters who have confirmed their attendance (if enabled)
  • Selected voters — Manually choose one or multiple specific voters
