Voteer offers powerful reporting tools that allow organizers to analyze voting results, monitor participation, and ensure full traceability of the electoral process.
Accessing Reports
- Go to your ballot
- Click on Reports in the left menu
You will find two main tabs:
- Analytics (Statistics)
- Audits

Analytics (Statistics)
This section provides essential reports:
- Voting Results: Global results of the vote.
- List of Voters : Nominal list of voters who participated. If the vote is open (non-secret), it also shows the choice expressed by each voter.
- Voters’ Questions & Answers (if the Q&A module is activated): Available only in Excel format.
- Attendance Sheet (if activated): List of present voters.
- Proxy File (if activated): Complete list of all proxies given and received.
- Form (if activated): All responses to the custom questionnaire.
Audits
The Audit section is a key security feature:
- Sealing Code: Allows you to verify that the source code of the servers and the integrity of the voting data have not been modified.
- You can compare the current sealing code with the initial hash.
- Visual Indicator:
- Green = Sealing code unchanged (data integrity guaranteed)
- Red = Sealing code modified (alert)
- Connection Logs: Detailed journal of voter connections, including timestamp, identity, IP address, and device used.
This audit functionality is essential for ensuring the security and transparency of the electoral process.
