Just follow the link your friend gave you. Now, on to voting !

sort propositions with your mouse,
provide a name if you wish,
click the vote button,
if comments are enabled, you can share your point of view with other voters.

I want to create a poll

Creating a poll is eaysy :

on the front page, enter a poll name,
click the create button,
you are now on the poll making page. You can click the "send me links" button, next to the poll link, to get a reminder by email,
configure your poll, with the numerous options provided,
enter as many propositions as you like,
share the vote link with your friends using the social buttons.
